LOCAL AMENITIES
Situated on a working arable farm, the Steadings Business Centre is set in stunning rural landscapes with views overlooking a beautiful lake and many pleasant heritage walks surrounding the site. For those needing to get into town, a trip into Gloucester can easily be managed in an hour’s lunch break.
Multiple lunch snack vans visits the site daily and the village of Maisemore has a pub. Chamberlayne Farms own and run three local freehouse pubs which are ideal for enjoying informal business lunches or as an alternative meeting place. These are situated in the neighbouring villages of Hartpury and Staunton, with one a little further away in Wainlode. The farm produces much of the beef and lamb used in the pubs with a neighbouring award-winning farm supplying Gloucester Old Spot pigs. All dishes are freshly prepared, home-made and seasonal and there are a great range of real ales, ciders and Perry’s available too.
